Will my poster come with a frame?
Our posters are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that best suits your space and style. Any frames shown in product images are for styling inspiration only.

What type of paper are your posters printed on?
Our posters are printed on premium 170 gsm semi-gloss paper. It’s sturdy, durable, and enhances colors beautifully with a subtle shine. Perfect for a high quality finish that still feels elegant and modern.

Are the posters glossy or matte?
They have a semi-gloss finish, meaning there’s a soft sheen that brings the artwork to life without being overly reflective.

What's the paper quality like?
Each print is made on thick, 170 gsm paper (0.19 mm) it feels strong and smooth, not flimsy like standard posters.

Is the paper sustainable?
Yes! Our posters are printed on FSC-certified (or equivalent) paper sourced from sustainably managed forests.

How will my order be packaged?
Our standard packaging for posters is: Flat box for posters up to A4, Tube for posters above A4.

What is your return policy?
You can return your poster within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

What if my poster arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send a few photos of the damage, and we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost. Check out our return policy section for more information.
